Yes! At Atulyam Yog, we offer a one-week free trial for new members.
Signing up is easy! Visit our website and either click the WhatsApp icon or fill out the contact form. You can also reach us via the phone number provided on the site.
You can view our full class schedule on our website. We offer flexible timings to fit your routine.
Once your trial period is over, you can select from various membership plans—monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly—to continue your practice with Atulyam Yog.
The free trial is available to all new members who have not previously attended any Atulyam Yog classes.
Currently, we offer live classes only, but we are working on adding recorded sessions through our upcoming app. Stay tuned for further updates.
No prior experience is required! Our classes are designed for all levels. Our instructors will guide you through each pose, offering modifications for beginners to ensure you feel comfortable.
A yog mat is recommended, and if you have props like blocks or straps, they can enhance your practice. However, these are optional and not mandatory.
You can access the class via Zoom or Google Meet. A link to the class will be shared with you before the session starts, allowing you to join the class easily. Also, we suggest logging in at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the class.
That's completely okay! Yog is about listening to your body. Our instructors will provide modifications for all levels, so you can practice at your own pace and take breaks when necessary.
It’s recommended to avoid heavy meals 1-2 hours prior to class. A light snack an hour before class is fine, but it’s best to keep it light.

Yes, we incorporate pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation into our classes to provide a comprehensive and holistic yog experience.
